Miles Stribbling
Founder
With almost 30 years’ recruitment experience, Miles was an early pioneer in the RPO industry. Following a career working with some of the most established global RPO brands, he founded The RPO Consultancy to share his knowledge and expertise with companies looking for independent advice and support with Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Workforce Management and Total Talent Solutions. In August 2025, Miles re-branded The RPO Consultancy to Total Talent Consulting to reflect both the evolution of outsourced recruitment solutions, and the shift in demand from his clients.
After starting out as a Recruitment Consultant, Miles moved to the London offices of Citibank in 1996, where he was responsible for one of the very first outsourced recruitment solutions for the Robert Walters Group. He was appointed Managing Director in 2006 and was ultimately accountable for service delivery to over 50 clients across multiple global locations, recruiting upwards of 10,000 hires per year. Miles was Head of RPO at Lorien Resourcing before joining Phaidon International to help set up their Consulting and Client Services Division. More recently, he was Head of Marketing for EMEA & Americas at Hudson RPO and a core member of their Executive Leadership Team.
Miles is passionate about the quality of service, collaboration and partnerships. Many of the solutions he helped build during his career remain in place today. He is highly consultative in his approach and is equally comfortable getting stuck into the detail, as he is taking a high-level strategic viewpoint. He is currently studying to obtain his coaching certification with the Business Coach Academy.
